DragCon's first priority is always the health and safety of everyone involved and we've been actively tracking the situation around the coronavirus. The situation in California (and the world) is rapidly changing, with new information coming out everyday.

Unfortunately, there's no way for anyone to know what the situation will be like in May. Due to that uncertainty, and out of an abundance of caution, we've decided that it's in the best interest of the talent, staff, exhibitors, and attendees to cancel RuPaul's DragCon LA 2020.

DragCon LA will return in 2021, better than ever.

Exhibitor Booth Details

Each Fabulous Booth is a 10’ x 10’ space which includes the following:

  • 8’ pipe & drape along the back wall
  • 3’ pipe & drape along the side walls (with the exception of corners)
  • 1 x 8’ table with 2 Chairs
  • Booth ID sign
  • 4 exhibitor tickets

The Corner Upgrade will ensure one side of your exhibit area is open to an aisle. The Island Upgrade will ensure there are no booths directly adjacent to your exhibit. A Corner Upgrade is not necessary when purchasing an Island Upgrade, but it does require the purchase of at least 4 Fabulous Booths. Upgrade Costs are in addition to the cost of the Fabulous Booths. Upgrades do not include any additional pipe and drape, tables, or chairs.

Exhibitor Table Details

Standard Tables are for Talent and Artists only and have a limit of one per person/company. No signage can be above the table height.

Each Standard Table is an 6’ table, in-line with other exhibitor tables. The table includes:

  • 1 x 6’ table with 2 chairs
  • 3’ pipe & drape along the back wall
  • Booth ID Sign
  • 2 exhibitor tickets

Electricity, Shipping, WiFi, and other services must be contracted directly from the decorator or convention center, and will have additional costs. 

Move In & Out Hours

Your move in time will depend on the location of your booth. Please download the floor map (when available) to see which hall you are located in.

Sunday 5 PM - 9 PM 5 PM - 9 PM

All exhibitors must be ready to open by 1:30 on Friday and must remain open during all shows hours. You can find the show hours here

Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are to be used only be those working for / on behalf of the exhibitor. They allow special access to the show floor during move-in. They are not VIP tickets, and cannot be used to skip lines or for other VIP perks. Additional Exhibitor tickets can be purchased, if needed.
