Additional Services:
WiFi, Labor, Freight, additional electricity and other services must be contracted directly from the Stand Contractor, convention center, or other third party and will have additional costs. At a later date, the Exhibitor Manual with detailed information, guidelines, instructions, and rates for services will be added to this page.

Stall Space Placement:
The placement of stalls are at the discretion of RuPaul’s DragCon. Due to line management needs, regulations, and other factors out of our control, we cannot promise anyone a specific stall location. We try our best to place everyone as fairly as possible across the showroom floor.

Sponsored Stalls:
Yes, your stall can be sponsored once approved by the DragCon team. Simply write us and let us know you are partnering with a specific brand. If you partner with a brand, the brand will need to pay the full stall price of £1,600 per stall. We offer DragRace queens a heavy discount on their booth spaces so the RDR queen can keep their overhead as low as possible. We want you to have a successful weekend, but we don't want brands taking advantage of your discount. To keep things fair, all sponsored stalls must pay the standard exhibitor stall price. We are not charging them extra, we are simply charging them what they would have paid as a standard exhibitor.

General Admission Attendees
Friday 10 January - 10:00 to 18:00 (6pm)
Saturday 11 January - 10:00 to 17:00 (5pm)

VIP All Stars Attendees
Friday 10 January - 9:00 to 18:00 (6pm)
Saturday 11 January - 9:00 to 17:00 (5pm)

Exhibitor Move In & Out / Dates & Hours

Which means exhibitor move in is on Thursday, January 9th & move out is Saturday night!!

Move In Thursday 9 January - 8:00 to 17:00 (5pm)
Move Out Saturday 11 January - 17:00 to 21:00 (5pm to 9pm)

All queens must move in on Thursday, NO EXCEPTIONS. Everyone moves out Saturday evening after doors close.

We ask all booths to be ready to open by 9am on Friday and remain open during show hours. Tell the fans what your plans are! Let them know when you plan to be at your booth for meet and greets and if you have any minimums.

Ticket Allowance / Credentials

Your passes will include the below:
(1) Queen Badge - for yourself
(2) Guests Badges for your best judies - meaning your assistant or who ever needs to be with you at all times because it receives access back stage and green room.
(2) Exhibitor Passes per booth reserved - for your team members working your booth all weekend. These passes do not gain access back stage or green room.
(2) GA Weekend Passes - standard pass during standard DragCon hours so your mom or homie can swing by and say hi to you.

Unless you partnered with a brand and the brand paid the exhibitor price per booth (£1,600), only then will you receive 4 exhibitor passes per booth.
Please note: queen, guests, and exhibitor credentials all allow access to stay and enjoy the after hours event on Friday night.
