Exhibitor Booth Details:
Each Fabulous Booth is a 10’ x 10’ space which includes the following:
- 8’ pipe & drape along the back wall
- 3’ pipe & drape along the side walls (with the exception of corners)
- 1 x 8’ table with 2 Chairs
- Booth ID sign
- 4 exhibitor tickets
The Corner Upgrade will ensure one side of your exhibit area is open to an aisle. The Island Upgrade will ensure there are no booths directly adjacent to your exhibit. A Corner Upgrade is not necessary when purchasing an Island Upgrade, but it does require the purchase of at least 4 Fabulous Booths. Upgrade Costs are in addition to the cost of the Fabulous Booths. Upgrades do not include any additional pipe and drape, tables, or chairs.
Exhibitor Table Details
Standard Tables are for Talent and Artists only and have a limit of one per person/company.
Each Standard Table is an 8’ table, in-line with other exhibitor tables. The table includes:
- 1 x 8’ table with 2 chairs
- 3’ pipe & drape along the back wall
- Booth ID Sign
- 2 exhibitor tickets
Electricity, WiFi, and other services must be contracted directly from the decorator or convention center, and will have additional costs. Closer to the event, after your application is accepted and we receive your deposit, you will receive an Exhibitor Manual with detailed information, guidelines, instructions, and rates for services.
Exhibit Days and Hours
Move-in is Thursday, May 10th 8am until 6pm and Friday, May 11th 8am until 2pm. All exhibitors must be setup by 2pm on Friday for Preview night. Move-out is Sunday, May 13th 4pm until 11:59pm. If you have a very large booth build, please reach out to your contact to discuss options for move-in and move-out.
Please see this article for show hours. All exhibitors must have someone at their space when the show is open, including Preview Night and the extended VIP hours.
Exhibitor tickets are to be used only be those working for / on behalf of the exhibitor. They allow special access to the show floor during move-in. They are not VIP tickets, and cannot be used to skip lines or for other VIP perks. Additional Exhibitor tickets can be purchased, if needed, after ticket sales begin in November.
