Exhibitor Booth Details

Each Booth is a 10’ x 10’ space which includes the following:

• 8’ pipe & drape along the back wall
• 3’ pipe & drape along the side walls (with the exception of corner stalls)
• 1 x 6’ table with 2 Chairs
• Booth ID sign
• 4 Exhibitor Tickets
• 1 x 5 Amp Power Drop

The Corner Upgrade will ensure one side of your exhibit area is open to an aisle. There is only a one stall minimum to add a corner upgrade to your order. The Island Upgrade will ensure there are no booths directly around you, you are literally your own little island. There is a four stall minimum purchase if you would like to add an island upgrade to your order. Upgrade Costs are in addition to the cost of the Booths. Upgrades do not include any additional pipe and drape, tables, or chairs. Exhibitors will receive one 5 Amp power drop per booth purchased.    

Electricity upgrades, Shipping, WiFi, and other services must be contracted directly from the decorator or convention center, and will have additional costs. 

Move In & Out Hours

All exhibitors must move in on Thursday, no exceptions. Everyone moves out Saturday after doors close.

Move In - Thursday - July 18, 2024 - 8am to 5pm
Move Out - Saturday - July 20, 2024 - 5pm to 9pm

All exhibitors must be ready to open by 9am on Friday and must remain open during all show hours. 

Show Hours are: 
Friday July 19 - VIP 9am to 6pm / GA 10am to 6pm
Saturday July 20 - VIP 9am to 5pm / GA 10am to 5pm

Regarding your actual stall location:
We spread everyone out as fairly as possible as we want everyone to have a successful weekend. We do not allow exhibitors to pick their spots but if you are unhappy with your location, we will work with you to provide an additional option if possible.  

Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are to be used only by those working for the exhibitor/brand. They allow special access to the show floor during event hours. They are not VIP tickets, and cannot be used to skip lines or for other VIP perks. Additional Exhibitor tickets can be purchased, if needed.

Exhibitor Insurance
 

All Exhibitors are required to carry their own insurance. If you already have insurance, please email us your COI with DragCon, LLC and LACC as an additional insured. If you need insurance, Rain Protection is a trusted partner and only $100. Please click the link below for additional information. Rain Protection can also help Non-USA based exhibitors, please note this may be a different cost.

Exhibitor Kit 

ShowReady is our decorator (union partner) at the LA Convention Center. LACC is a union operated venue. This means, yes, you can decorate your own booth yourself! However, the minute you use a ladder or a power tool, technically the union team has the right to step in, execute for you and charge you a labor fee. If you have more questions about set up and union guidelines, including bringing your own union team, please contact ShowReady directly.

Electricity  

Edlen Electricity is our electrical union partner at the LA Convention Center. Each 10x10 stall purchased, comes with a 5amp power drop. If you think you may need more power, please contact them directly to upgrade your power for an additional costs.
