Drag Race Queen Booth Package Includes:
- 1 x 10'x10' booth space with 3 full walls of black pipe & drape (8' in height)
- 1 x 6' table with 2 chairs
- 1 Namepate
- a 5amp Power Drop
Additional Services:
Electricity upgrades, Shipping, WiFi, and other services must be contracted directly from the decorator or convention center, and will have additional costs.
Booth Space Placement:
The placement of booths are at the discretion of RuPaul’s DragCon. Due to line management needs, regulations, and fire safety standards, we cannot promise anyone a specific booth location. We try our best to place everyone as fairly as possible across the showroom floor.
Brand Sponsored Booths:
Yes, your booth can be sponsored once approved by the DragCon team. Simply write us and let us know you are partnering with a specific brand. If you partner with a brand, the brand will need to pay the full booth exhibitor price of $1,250 per 10'x10' booth. We offer Drag Race queens a heavy discount on their booth spaces to help them have successful weekend, but we don't want brands taking advantage of your discount. We are not charging them extra, we are simply charging them what they would have paid as a standard exhibitor.

Exhibitor Move In & Out Hours
All queens must move in on Thursday, NO EXCEPTIONS. Everyone moves out Saturday evening after doors close.
Move In - Thursday - July 18, 2024 - 8am to 5pm
Move Out - Saturday - July 20, 2024 - 5pm to 9pm
We ask all booths to be ready to open by 9am on Friday and remain open during show hours. Tell the fans what your plans are! Let them know when you plan to be at your booth for meet and greets and if you have any minimums.
Show Hours are:
Friday July 19 - VIP 9am to 6pm / GA 10am to 6pm
Saturday July 20 - VIP 9am to 5pm / GA 10am to 5pm
Exhibitor Kit
ShowReady is our decorator (union partner) at the LA Convention Center. LACC is a union operated venue. This means, yes, you can decorate your own booth yourself! However, the minute you use a ladder or a power tool, technically the union team has the right to step in, execute for you and charge you a labor fee. If you have more questions about set up and union guidelines, including bringing your own union team, please contact ShowReady directly.

Exhibitor Insurance
All Exhibitors are required to carry their own insurance. If you already have insurance, please email us your COI with DragCon, LLC and LACC as an additional insured. If you need insurance, Rain Protection is a trusted partner and only $100. Please click the link below for additional information. Rain Protection can also help Non-USA based exhibitors, please note this may be a different cost.
Internet

Electricity
Edlen Electricity is our electrical union partner at the LA Convention Center. Each 10x10 booth reserved, comes with a 5amp power drop. 5amps of power is enough to charge your phone and connect your ring light. If you aren't sure if thats enough or you think you may need more power, please contact them directly to upgrade your power for an additional costs.

Ticket Allowance / Credentials
Your passes will include the below:
(1) Queen Badge - for yourself
(2) Guests Badges for your best judies - meaning your assistant or who ever needs to be with you at all times because it receives access back stage and green room.
(2) Exhibitor Badges per booth reserved - for your team members working your booth all weekend. These passes do not gain access back stage or green room.
(2) GA Weekend Passes - standard pass during standard DragCon hours so your mom or homie can swing by and say hi to you.
Unless you partnered with a brand and the brand paid the exhibitor price per booth ($1,250), only then will you receive 4 exhibitor passes per booth.
